Un antes y un después en la historia y en la política chilena.

El día viernes ocho de enero de este año, 850 funcionarios de la Policía de Investigaciones de Chile (PDI) efectuaron un procedimiento a la comunidad Temucuiccui en la comuna de Ercilla, a instancia de un requerimiento del Fiscal de Alta Complejidad de Temuco. Resultado: un funcionario de la PDI asesinado; Luis Morales Balcazar, inspector de dotación del Equipo de Reacción Táctica (ERTA) de Iquique; once heridos a bala y solo dos mujeres detenidas. El tema es para una tesis y va a marcar un «antes y un después» en la historia y la política chilena; intentaré destacar lo que creo más importante y redactarlo lo más claro que pueda:
Grave, con el asesinato de Orwal Casanova Cameron, se ha cometido el segundo asesinato político desde el retorno a la democracia post Pinochet. Como se recordará, el primero fue el de Jaime Guzmán. Casanova fue candidato a senador por la UDI, e iba como candidato a concejal (ya inscrito). Las puertas están abiertas para otros asesinatos políticos.
Grave muy grave, cuando se ha constatado que los dos servidores públicos llevaban chalecos antibalas y cascos. Aún, así murieron con sendos disparos en la cara, se certifica claramente que fueron asesinatos premeditados, no el resultado de un enfrentamiento.
Muy grave, existe un sector político determinado que no solo no condena estos hechos, sino que manifiesta su alegría por los asesinatos. Es parte de lo que se llama en propaganda «escalada». Ese grupo cree que están dadas las condiciones para profundizar el enfrentamiento entre chilenos, o sea una guerra civil.
Grave demasiado grave, dentro de del esquema propagandístico, que resulta de una frialdad criminal, desde ese sector político. El cual está distrayendo artificialmente estos temas, partiendo con la idea que fue un error realizar el procedimiento en el aniversario de la muerte de Camilo Catrillanca (¿y qué tiene que ver eso con los asesinatos a mansalva?), dando a entender que dichos actos criminales no fueron tales, sino muertes en un enfrentamiento. Silencian que el siete de enero, o sea un día antes del procedimiento, se condenaron a los carabineros involucrados en la causa por la muerte del ya nombrado comunero mapuche.
Demasiado grave, todos sabemos que es narcotráfico y tráfico de maderas, no son demandas sociales; sin embargo, la señora Adriana Muñoz, presidenta del Senado, promueve el indulto a 800 delincuentes en prisión preventiva, condenados por los desmanes de octubre de 2019. Ahora sabemos que no son 800, sino solo 26. ¿Qué actividades tendría el resto? De seguro que serían NARCOTRAFICANTES. No nos olvidemos del narcotráfico que se ha ido sembrando en Latinoamérica, gracias a las Farc, Maduro, Cuba, entre otros. Contando algunas municipalidades, como la Municipalidad de San Ramón, en Santiago.
Grave, un gigantesco procedimiento con resultados que, hasta podemos considerar risibles, pero el procedimiento no puede considerarse risible; ya que tiene consecuencias que todavía no se han logrado ver. ¿Por qué fracasó tan estrepitosamente? ¿Tuvo algún origen espurio que aún no logramos percibir (como el asesinato de Casanova)? ¿Hubo alguien de la PDI o de las autoridades nacionales que entregó antecedentes a los terroristas, o no era necesario por el gigantesco desplazamiento? La tesis recién comienza a escribirse.֎
