Emprendedoras Porteñas se Capacitan para Profesionalizar sus Negocios
25 emprendedoras porteñas serán parte de la segunda versión de la Escuela de Microemprendimientos Familiares, actividad fruto de un trabajo colaborativo entre Santo Tomás Viña del Mar y la Municipalidad de Valparaíso, a través de su Dirección de Desarrollo Económico y Cooperación Internacional.
La sesión inaugural se desarrolló en el Mercado Puerto, con la participación del rector de Santo Tomás Viña del Mar, Daniel Olivares, la subdirectora de la Dirección de Desarrollo Económico y Cooperación Internacional, Verónica Paiva y el director regional de Sercotec, Joussen Arteaga.
El objetivo de este curso es que emprendedores y emprendedoras tengan las herramientas técnicas para poder profesionalizar su negocio y poder formalizarse. De esta manera, aprenderán sobre administración y marketing, además de técnicas de repostería y manipulación de alimentos.
“Muchas empresas caen por no saber administrar sus recursos, entonces la idea es que ellos aprendan a manejar el dinero que van utilizando y cómo proyectar la empresa. Le vamos a enseñar cómo manejar los costos asociados a la implementación de los insumos, cómo manejar el precio de venta en función a cuanto me costó hacer el producto y qué elementos participan en los costos”, explicó Antonio Mella, jefe de carrera Técnico en Administración del Centro de Formación Técnica Santo Tomás Viña del Mar.
En la parte práctica, los emprendedores conocerán las técnicas de la repostería, además de higiene y la manipulación correcta
de los alimentos.
“Algunos comienzan desde la casa, entonces no manejan conocimientos técnicos para trabajar un producto que no vaya contaminado y que no produzca un problema de salud en algún cliente, porque si ocurre, esa persona no te va a comprar de nuevo y se lo dirá a otros. Además, son conocimientos que tienen que saber cuando quieran formalizarse”, indicó José Onetto, director de carreras del Área Gastronomía y Turismo del CFT Santo Tomás Viña del Mar.
Adriana Saavedra, directora Desarrollo Económico y Cooperación Internacional destacó la iniciativa. “Este trabajo se concreta a través de esta colaboración público-privada entre la Municipalidad de Valparaíso y Santo Tomás, que va en directo beneficio de nuestras comunidades, quienes podrán capacitarse para poner aún más en valor sus ideas de negocio que les permita acceder a una mejor economía familiar”.
Paola Pardo, quien tiene un emprendimiento de repostería llamado “Dulces Torpederas”, dice estar muy entusiasmada con la posibilidad de potenciar su negocio. “Son buenas oportunidades y uno tiene que tratar de aprender de esto, de salir adelante, estoy muy contenta de participar de la escuela porque necesito fortalecer el negocio y tener más conocimientos de administración”.
Raquel Reid ya había participado de la primera versión de la Escuela de Microemprendimientos Familiares que se dictó el año pasado, pero decidió profundizar en sus conocimientos. “Para mí esto es muy importante porque era un sueño de joven. El año pasado aprendí mucho, tuve excelentes profesores y ahora quiero aprender más porque uno adquiere personalidad y me ha servido mucho para hablar con los profesores y frente a mis compañeras”.
La Escuela de Microemprendimentos Familiares comenzó esta semana y se extenderá con clases teóricas y prácticas hasta septiembre.
