Casi 12 mil viviendas terminadas y más de 22 mil en ejecución
El Presidente de la República, Gabriel Boric, planteó una meta nacional de 260 mil viviendas nuevas que deberán estar entregadas al 11 de marzo de 2026, cuando culmine su gestión, guarismo que es de 31 mil 246 para la región de Valparaíso.
Por ello, desde el Serviu y la Seremi de Vivienda, el trabajo que se lleva a cabo es permanente e intenso, en las 8 provincias, incluyendo los territorios insulares de Isla de Pascua y el Archipiélago de Juan Fernández.
En tal sentido, de acuerdo al último balance realizado correspondiente al 30 de abril pasado, existen 34 mil 343 viviendas en proceso en la región de Valparaíso, de las cuales 11 mil 913 se encuentran terminadas, 14 mil 360 en ejecución y 8 mil 70 por iniciar. De las viviendas en ejecución, 5 mil 194 presentan entre un 0 y 25% de avance y 4 mil 208 entre un 75 y 100%.
Respecto al avance de la meta ministerial, la seremi Minvu Valparaíso, Belén Paredes, destacó que:
“este nuevo reporte del Plan de Emergencia Habitacional, da cuenta de que en la región no olvidamos nuestras prioridades, si bien nos ha tocado avanzar en un proceso de reconstrucción que tuvimos que asumir a propósito de los incendios que afectaron las comunas de Viña del Mar, Quilpué y Villa Alemana, tenemos un mandato que es cumplir la meta de 31.246 viviendas al finalizar el periodo de gobierno.
Con estas cifras estamos dando certezas tanto a las familias como a las empresas constructoras y por lo tanto a la economía, generando más empleos, ya que nuestros proyectos no solo avanzan, sino, que se concretan con infraestructura de calidad, viviendas de alto estándar, con espacios públicos, con acceso a servicios, es decir, una serie de condiciones que permitirán a las familias, tener una mejor calidad de vida”.
En tanto, el director regional del Serviu, Rodrigo Uribe, junto con destacar las cifras, hizo hincapié en el trabajo realizado en terreno, por los distintos equipos que se encuentran desplegados.
“En el Plan de Emergencia Habitacional hay una meta ambiciosa para la región que corresponde a 31 mil 246 viviendas. En tal sentido, estamos en un desarrollo importante. Sobre 4 mil 208 viviendas están en un desarrollo entre un 75 y un 100%, y estamos desarrollando una importante cantidad de viviendas que debieran estar iniciándose prontamente y en eso están todos nuestros equipos trabajando para lograr el objetivo de tener más viviendas, producir más viviendas en la región”.
A nivel país, hay 117 mil 331 viviendas terminadas, 121 mil 391 en ejecución y 83 mil 629 aprobadas por iniciarse.
